Je vous conseille de faire vos propres recherches pour l'achat de produits de piscine et de ne pas vous fier sur les vendeurs de la place si vous n'avez pas l'exprience des piscines. 3 visites en 2 semaines, les 3 vendeurs ne disent pas la mme chose. En plus de nous vendre des produits inutiles ( duret calcique quand on n'a mme pas de chauffe eau ) ils sont incapables de nous vendre la bonne quantit pour un traitement choc ( 1pot quand on en aurait eu finalement besoin de 3 )... Je passerais pas mon t dans leur magasin certain, je vais aller ailleurs ! Professionnels de la piscine mon oeil ouai !

I'm so disappointed with our experience here so far. After purchasing a pool here, we returned to choose our liner only to realize our customer service representative had selected the wrong pool on our order!! Now the pool we wanted is sold out. During a heat wave. The disappointment rests not in the unfortunate circumstances, but rather the store's lack of a policy to help. Not even an apology, let alone a gesture of appreciation for our business. Each week we are promised a delivery, and each week it is extended. We were warned about this by competitors, but failed to see the signs.
