Had a really bad experience staying here. First off, we had booked our room in advance since we had to stay there for a wedding which we were part of. When we made the reservations, we said we needed 2 double beds as we were going to be either 2 or 4 people.When the 4 of us showed up, they told us all they had for us was a room with a king bed ...after 2 hours , they found a room for us but told us it was going to be 40$ more . We asked them where it was indicated that it was 40$ more for 4 people and no one could answer us. Our reservation clearly stated the reservation was for 2 beds and did not say it was for only 2 people . ( regardless, we told them we were going to be 4 people when we made the reservation).The woman serving us was rude during this whole process, barely made eye contact, refused to accommodate us and did not care if we left disappointed with our stay.At this point, it really wasn't about the 40$ but more about the fact this was clearly not communicated to us and felt they probably took advantage of the fact they knew we had to stay at that hotel because of the wedding we were attending.Oh yeah and also, the rooms had a very overwhelming chemically smell.
Very nice and spacious rooms. The bed was very comfortable, the rooms were clean and the room is decorated beautifully. Very nice location and extremely nice people. I had a pet with me and he enjoyed the stay too. Will definitely stay here again, when I come to Montreal.
A new, beautiful and quiet hotel in a suburb of Montreal. Located by the river, many new buildings and things are being erected for a guest of the area.
Didn't expect to find such a class stay on my way to NL. Anyone travelling through Quebec and wants to make a stop, this place is a must try for availability. I paid price of 2 or 3 star hotel to stay in this fancy 4 star place. Awesome and comfy experience.
Excellent hotel and service. Its a little outside the main downtown montreal. Its brand new and is maintained very well. Its affordable even in the last minute.
